Slant Bed CNC Lathe

The Slant Bed CNC Lathe adopts a Hydraulic Servo Turret, featuring high positioning accuracy, fast tool change (nearest tool selection), and minimal deformation during heavy cutting. In the design of the bed CNC lathe, the spindle box uses Double Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings for high rigidity. Measures have been taken to reduce spindle thermal deformation, ensuring relative stability of the spindle axis during prolonged operation.

Vertical Lathe

The DVT300 series Dual-Spindle Dual-Turret Vertical Lathe, developed based on years of vertical lathe production experience and absorbing advanced technologies from similar domestic and international machines, employs an advanced Upright-Inverted Dual-Spindle Dual-Turret design. This simplifies traditional front-and-back workpiece machining processes, significantly reduces labor requirements, and enables faster, more precise workpiece machining.

Flat Bed CNC Lathe

Capable of automatically performing cutting operations such as internal/external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arc surfaces, end faces, grooving, and chamfering on various shaft and disc parts. It can also perform various turning operations including metric straight threads, end face threads, imperial straight threads, and taper threads.

CNC Lathe Automated Production

Features a One-Robot-One-Machine External Gantry Manipulator. The CJK6130L machine tool is equipped with a One-Robot-One-Machine External Suspension Manipulator (80140 Light-Duty A Series). Loading is done via the right-side feeding bin system. Finished workpieces can be discharged via a chute or pipeline, or placed back into the bin to prevent damage, awaiting manual retrieval. The manipulator's loading/unloading and tool change time is approximately (8-10) seconds. Suitable for machining products weighing within 1KG or of light dimensions.
