1. The CJK6130L is a small-sized lathe, which is suitable for the high-efficiency machining of high-precision and complex small rotary parts in industries such as instrumentation, electronics, medical devices and aviation.
2. X/Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to the precision ball screw through flexible couplings. The rigidity of mounting base is improved to minimize the screw deformation caused by frequent, high-speed positioning orheavy cutting.
3. Full guideway protection is used. The plastic coating of the guideway also improves the wear resistance and increases the running speed of the machine.
4. Full guideway protection also ensures the machine precision and prolongs the service life.Full cover protection prevents cutting liquid from coming out.
5. Collect as the standard. The high-speed rotary cylinder and chucks are optional.

The flat bed structure adopts the design of high rigidity, high-load Z-direction roller linear guides, and the design of X-direction high-load dovetail guides. The design is optimized for the dynamic performance of the machine tool during operation, and it resists warping during heavy cutting. Anti-seismic, smooth processing operation, higher processing accuracy and better finish.
The spindle box bearing adopts an angular contact bearing design with high rigidity. The heat dissipation adopts a corresponding structural design to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle, so that the spindle can maintain the relative stability of the spindle axis during long-term operation.
The X and Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to the precision ball screw through elastic couplings, with high precision. Both ends of the screw are fixed, which improves the support stiffness of the support base and prevents frequent high-speed positioning and avoids distortion of the screw caused by heavy cutting. Deformation is reduced to a minimum, and the bearings adopt a pair of precision bearings with 60-degree angular contact dedicated to the screw, with high speed and high precision.
The middle slide of the machine tool is designed with a high-load dovetail guide rail and a high-quality, high-rigidity Gang type. The processed products are of high quality and high processing efficiency.
The turning rigidity and dynamic performance of the middle carriage are optimized to improve the service life and turning rigidity of the machine tool when processing valve body parts.
In addition to program control, the clamping and loosening of the hydraulic chuck and the expansion and contraction of the tailstock sleeve can all be controlled by foot pedal, which is convenient and fast.
Hydraulic pressure adjustment adopts panel-type twist operation and dial display, making adjustment safe and convenient.
The machine tool adopts an automatic centralized lubrication system to supply oil regularly and quantitatively. The oil distributor adjusts the oil supply pressure according to the pressure requirements of different lubricating parts to ensure that any lubricating parts (such as guide rails, inserts, screws, nuts and other friction pairs) can get the oil.

The inclined bed CNC lathe adopts full guide rail protection, and the cooling box and chip conveyor are separated from the main machine to ensure that the accuracy of the machine tool is not affected by thermal cutting.
The electrical unit cabinet of the machine tool has good sealing and is equipped with an air conditioner to ensure the normal operation of the CNC system in the high-temperature and high-humidity environment of the machine tool.
The bearing seats at the extreme travel positions in the positive and negative directions of the shaft are equipped with rubber buffer and anti-collision devices to provide final protection for the double-nut ball screw pair from damaging impacts under abnormal circumstances.
