The slant bed cnc lathe C500K series adopt an integrated 45° inclined bed and circular cavity cast iron structure to ensure heavy cutting capabilities. The bed is cast with high-quality resin sand, which has good rigidity, good shock resistance, and smooth chip removal.
The spindle box bearing adopts double-row cylindrical roller bearings and bidirectional thrust angular contact bearings, which have high rigidity. The heat dissipation adopts a corresponding structural design to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle so that the spindle can maintain the relative stability of the spindle axis during long-term operation.
1. The lathe uses an hydraulic servo turret or Y-axis lifted driven tool turret with high positioning accuracy, fast tool change time, and minimal deformation under heavy cutting.
2. The spindle box bearings of the lathe adopt high-rigidity double-row cylindrical roller bearings in the design process, and measures are taken to reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle. This enables the spindle to maintain the relative stability of the spindle axis during long-term operation.
3. The transmission system uses linear roller guideways imported from Taiwan to meet the requirements of high speed and high efficiency. It reduces friction resistance and deformation caused by temperature rise, improves the machining accuracy, and ensures the long-term stability of the cutting machining accuracy.
4. X/Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to the precision ball screw through flexible couplings, and the screws are fixed at both ends. The rigidity of mounting base is improved to minimize the screw deformation caused by frequent, high-speed positioning or heavy cutting. A pair of 60° ángular contact precision bearings are used for high speed and precision.

The X and Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to precision ball screws via elastic couplings, offering high precision. The ball screws are fixed at both ends, enhancing
the support stiffness of the bearing seats, thereby minimizing distortion and deformation caused by frequent high-speed positioning and heavy cutting. The bearings are specialized 60-degree angular contact precision bearings for ball screws, offering high speed and precision.
The transmission system uses imported Taiwanese linear rolling guides to meet high-speed and efficient requirements, reducing friction resistance and temperature-induced deformation, thereby improving processing precision and ensuring long-term stability of cutting accuracy.
The series of fully functional lathes are equipped with 12 servo-hydraulic tool turrets. They feature fast indexing positioning, high indexing accuracy, and excellent turning rigidity.
The tool turret is equipped with a central coolant supply function, providing high coolant pressure. The coolant tank capacity is sufficient to prevent coolant flow interruption during machining, and it is equipped with a filtration system for high filtration precision.
Hydraulic chuck clamping, releasing, and tailstock sleeve extension/retraction can be controlled by both program commands and foot pedal operations, offering convenience and efficiency. Hydraulic pressure adjustment is controlled via panel-mounted rotary knobs with dial displays, ensuring safe and convenient operation.

The machine tool employs an automatic centralized lubrication system with timed and metered oil supply. The oil distributor adjusts supply pressure according to the pressure requirements of different lubrication points to ensure adequate lubrication for all lubrication points (such as guideways, inserts, lead screws, nuts, etc.).
A lubrication system alarm function is also provided.
The slant bed CNC lathe features full guideway protection, with the coolant tank and chip conveyor separated from the main machine to prevent thermal cutting effects from affecting machine accuracy.
The machine tool's electrical unit cabinet has excellent sealing performance and is equipped with an electrical cabinet air conditioner to ensure the CNC system operates normally in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
Rubber buffer collision prevention devices are installed on the bearing seats at the positive and negative limit travel positions of the axes to provide final protection for the double-nut ball screw pairs against damaging collisions under abnormal conditions.
The machine tool features a fully enclosed internal sheet metal design and a fully enclosed external sheet metal design, with sheet metal thickness of no less than 2mm. During operation, the machine tool remains free from deformation and vibration.
Internal protective covers made of stainless steel are used for the guideways, lead screws, nuts, and bearings. Chip removal and debris cleanup are convenient.
