The CNC machine tool is equipped with a one drag two three axis box type external separation frame manipulator (100150 lightweight KS series), and the middle feeding bin system is used for feeding. After processing, the workpiece can be transported and unloaded, and it can also prevent collision and be placed back in the bin for manual material retrieval; The loading and unloading material replacement time of the robotic arm is about (12-15) seconds, suitable for processing products with a weight of less than 1KG/light size; The dimensions of the truss manipulator are approximately 4.6mX2.2mX3.7m in length, width, and height.
