2. The bed is integrally cast using the resin sand process. After multiple heat treatment processes such as aging and high-frequency quenching, the specially widened guide way can maintain optimal machining precision for a long Time.
3. The machine tool features high-precision ball screws and angular contact ball bearings connected to the servo motor via a dedicated flexible coupling, enabling high transmission precision and a long service life.
4. The servo spindle motor can achieve stepless speed change in the spindle gear to machine different workpieces, thereby optimizing the machining capacity and cutting performance.
