1. Integral bed base, high rigidity.
2. The spindle adopts domestic high-quality angular contact bearings, with high speed, high precision and low noise.
3. The X and Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to the precision ball screw through elastic couplings, with high precision. Both ends of the screw are fixed, which improves the support stiffness of the support base, enables frequent high-speed positioning, and eliminates wire problems caused by heavy cutting. Bar distortion is minimized.
4． The spindle adopts frequency conversion speed regulation.
5. Centralized automatic lubrication can extend the service life of the locomotive.
6． The feed system is driven by a servo motor and the ball screw has high transmission accuracy.
7． The lathe adopts full guide rail protection to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool and extend its service life. The machine tool cover is fully protected to prevent cutting fluid from splashing out.
8. The machine tool configuration uses domestic high-quality oil cylinders and power chucks.
9. It has the functions of turning, outer cylindrical surface, conical surface, arc surface, grooving and thread processing.
