CNC Lathe Automation Production Line Introduction
The C320KTT machine tool is equipped with a one-to-one box type external truss manipulator (80140 light L series). The right-side feeding silo system is used for loading. The processed workpieces can be equipped with a discharging chute or conveyor belt for unloading, which can also prevent the workpieces from colliding and returning them to the silo. Waiting for manual picking in place: The loading and unloading time of the robot is about (8-10)S, suitable for processing products with a weight of less than 1KG/light-sized products; the size of the machine tool including truss robot: length X width X height is about (3.0mX2.2mX3.6m ).
