1. X/Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to the precision ball screw through flexible couplings, and the screws are fixed at both ends. The rigidity of mounting base is improved to minimize the screw deformation caused by frequent, high- speed positioning or heavy cutting. A pair of 60° angular contact precision bearings are used for high speed and precision.
2. The lathe has full guideway protection. The coolant tank and chip conveyor are separated from the main unit to prevent thermal cutting from affecting machining accuracy.
3. Edge design stops iron chips and coolant from splashing out during heavy cutting and high-pressure spraying.
4 The optional chip conveyor is streamlined and has smooth chip removal. It is compact, efficient, safe, reliable, and operates with low noise, and it is equipped with overload protection.
The flat bed structure adopts the design of high rigidity and high load rectangular guideway, optimized for the dynamic performance of the rectangular guideway in the moving line, anti-warping and anti-vibration in heavy cutting, smooth machining operation, higher machining accuracy and better finish.
The spindle box takes the corresponding three-speed transmission, high torque. The spindle box bearing adopts double-row cylindrical roller bearings and two-way thrust angular contact bearings to match, high rigidity, and long-term stability of heavy cutting accuracy.
The X and Z-axis servo motors are directly connected to the precision ball screw through elastic couplings, with high precision. Both ends of the screw are fixed, which improves the support stiffness of the support base and prevents frequent high-speed positioning and avoids distortion of the screw caused by heavy cutting. Deformation is reduced to a minimum, and the bearings adopt a pair of precision bearings with 60-degree angular contact dedicated to the screw, with high speed and high precision.
The carriage in the machine tool adopts a rectangular guide rail design and a high-quality and high-rigidity 4-station tool holder. The processed products are of good quality and high processing efficiency.
The turning rigidity and dynamic performance of the middle carriage are optimized to improve the service life and turning rigidity of the machine tool when processing valve body parts.
In addition to program control, the clamping and loosening of the hydraulic chuck and the expansion and contraction of the tailstock sleeve can all be controlled by foot pedal, which is convenient and fast.
Hydraulic pressure adjustment adopts panel-type twist operation and dial display, making adjustment safe and convenient.
The machine tool adopts an automatic centralized lubrication system to supply oil regularly and quantitatively. The oil distributor adjusts the oil supply pressure according to the pressure requirements of different lubricating parts to ensure that any lubricating parts (such as guide rails, inserts, screws, nuts and other friction pairs) can get the oil.
Adequate lubrication and set the lubrication system alarm function.
The inclined bed CNC lathe adopts full guide rail protection, and the cooling box and chip conveyor are separated from the main machine to ensure that the accuracy of the machine tool is not affected by thermal cutting.
The electrical unit cabinet of the machine tool has good sealing and is equipped with an air conditioner to ensure the normal operation of the CNC system in the high-temperature and high-humidity environment of the machine tool.
The bearing seats at the extreme travel positions in the positive and negative directions of the shaft are equipped with rubber buffer and anti-collision devices to provide final protection for the double-nut ball screw pair from damaging impacts under abnormal circumstances.
Fully protective inner sheet metal design, and fully surrounded outer sheet metal design. The thickness of the sheet metal is not less than 2mm.
When the machine tool is working, it will not deform or vibrate. Stainless steel telescopic guards are used for the guide rails, screw rods, nuts and bearings in the inner protection. Easy to remove and clean machine chips.
