CNC Lathe Automation Production Line Introduction
The C320KTT machine tool is equipped with a one-to-one external truss manipulator (100150 medium-sized Y series), and the right-side feeding silo system is used for loading. After processing, the workpiece can be equipped with a discharging chute or conveyor belt for unloading, which can also prevent the workpiece from colliding and return it to its original position in the silo. Waiting for manual picking; the loading and unloading time of the robot is about (8-10)S, suitable for processing products with a weight of less than 2KG/medium-sized products; the dimensions of the machine tool including frame robot: length X width X height about (3.3mX1.8mX3.6m).
