CNC Lathe Automation Production Line Introduction

Two C6245A machine tools are equipped with one-to-two external truss manipulators (150200 heavy-duty M series). The right-hand bin is loaded with materials. After processing, the workpieces can be equipped with a discharging chute or a pull chain conveyor belt for unloading, which can also prevent the workpieces from being bumped and put back. The silo remains in place for manual retrieval; the loading and unloading time of the robot is about (14-16) seconds; it is suitable for processing products with a weight of less than 20kg/large sizes. Dimensions of the machine tool including truss manipulator: length x width x height (8.8mX3.6mX4.3m).
