CNC Lathe Automation Production Line Introduction
100MSY+G450 machine tool is equipped with a one-to-two outer truss manipulator + a two-to-three outer truss manipulator (150200 customized heavy-duty Z series).
The feeding silo system on both sides is used for loading. The processed workpiece can be equipped with a discharging chute or conveyor belt for unloading; manipulator The loading and unloading time is about (12-15)S. It is suitable for processing products with a weight of less than 2KG/high precision & large size; the size of the machine tool including truss manipulator: length X width X height is about (15.2mX4.7mX4.1m).
